How buying works
- Buy by card here, or request an invoice and pay by bank transfer.
- You get an order confirmation by email.
- We set up your pack and email the captain the login, or send the Word files.
- We book the onboarding call with the captain.
Delivery
We set the pack up on our digital platform and send the captain the login. A one-hour onboarding call with the captain is included. The crew, management and owners can work from desktop or mobile, also offline.
After the first year
Hosting is included for the first year. From year 2, hosting is €650 a year, or download the documents and keep them.
Data and security
Our digital platform runs on a dedicated cloud server and is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, GDPR compliant and type-approved by LR and DNV. Data is encrypted, every login uses multi-factor authentication, and each user only sees what their role allows. Your data is never accessed without explicit authorisation from your designated system administrator.
Licence and approval
Licensed for one yacht, for one year. Fleet licences on request. KEEL documents are templates. They must be reviewed, adapted to the vessel and approved by the operator before use. Our Faceless Crew does not guarantee flag, class or port State acceptance.
Refunds
Setup work cannot be refunded once it has started, and files cannot be returned once downloaded. Download the free sample first to see the quality.
