How buying works
- Send the invoice request with your yacht’s details.
- We email you an invoice within one working day.
- Pay by bank transfer, or by card from the invoice link.
- We collect the yacht’s certificates and tailor KEEL to her.
Delivery
Delivered within 10 working days of receiving the yacht’s details and certificates. We set up five hours of onboarding calls with the captain.
After the first year
The first 12 months are included. From year 2, the monthly DPA check, hosting, updates and support continue at €145 a month or €1,450 a year.
Data and security
Our digital platform runs on a dedicated cloud server and is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, GDPR compliant and type-approved by LR and DNV. Data is encrypted, every login uses multi-factor authentication, and each user only sees what their role allows. Your data is never accessed without explicit authorisation from your designated system administrator.
Licence and approval
Licensed for one yacht, for one year. Fleet licences on request. KEEL documents are templates. They must be reviewed, adapted to the vessel and approved by the operator before use. Our Faceless Crew does not guarantee flag, class or port State acceptance.
Refunds
Setup work cannot be refunded once it has started, and files cannot be returned once downloaded. Download the free sample first to see the quality.
