Who we are
Our Faceless Crew is a community for yacht crew, built by people who have worked on board and behind the scenes in yacht management. We know how much of yachting is learned on the job, often the hard way, and we want to make that easier for everyone who follows.
Our mission
To help new recruits, junior crew and established members of the yachting industry raise their skills, without the burden of expensive courses. We believe in the power of shared knowledge and the difference it makes, to each crew member and to the wider maritime community.
