What does Our Faceless Crew offer?
Free guides, online courses, ready-to-use templates for yacht crew, and KEEL, our Mini ISM safety management system for yachts. Everything is digital, so there is nothing to ship.
Are the guides really free?
Yes. Add a guide to your cart and check out at €0, and you will receive your download.
How do I access a course after I buy it?
Our own courses, such as the Exterior Washdown, Exterior Polishing and Tender Operations courses, come with permanent access. You will receive your access details by email after checkout.
Some courses are run by partners. How does that work?
Our MCA approved security courses and several other courses are delivered by our training partners. The product page takes you to the partner to enrol. Where shown, use the code OFC-10 for 10% off.
Are the MCA approved courses recognised internationally?
They are approved by the UK Maritime & Coastguard Agency (MCA) and meet the STCW requirements. Before you enrol, check with your vessel, crew agency or management company that the yacht's flag administration accepts MCA certification.
What format are the templates in?
Templates are digital files that you download after purchase, ready to use on board.
KEEL
What is KEEL?
KEEL is a Mini ISM safety management system for yachts under the 500 GT threshold, set up on our secure digital platform and produced by active DPAs. It comes in three packages: Anchor, Helm and Bridge. Find out more about KEEL.
Can I pay for KEEL by invoice?
Yes. Use the Request an invoice form on the KEEL product pages, and we will send you an invoice within one working day.
Orders and refunds
Can I get a refund?
Our products are digital, so we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. If you have not yet used the link or downloaded your product, ask within seven days of purchase. For KEEL, setup work cannot be refunded once it has started. See our refund policy.
Do you ship anything?
No. Everything we sell is delivered digitally, by download or by email.
